Gift Go Now's Flower and Gift Delivery Terms & Conditions
1. General
By placing an order on the Gift Go Now website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any other content published on the website, including FAQs, promotional materials, or marketing communications, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
2. Products & Substitution
Gift Go Now offers delivery to many locations nationwide within the Philippines, subject to delivery coverage, accessibility, and product availability.
Certain flowers may be delivered in bud form to ensure longer life.
In the event a substitution is necessary due to availability or quality standards, Gift Go Now will use substitute items intended to preserve the overall style, color palette, and presentation of the arrangement, while maintaining a value and quality consistent with the original order, as closely as reasonably possible. If the customer has specific concerns, they may contact our customer care team prior to dispatch where feasible.
3. Pricing & Delivery Charges
A flat $5 USD delivery fee applies to all orders, anywhere in the Philippines. No zone surcharges, no minimum order value.
Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-access areas requiring special transport arrangements.
4. Orders & Payments
Same-day delivery orders must be fully paid by 2:00 PM Philippine time.
Gift Go Now accepts PayPal and international Visa or Mastercard. All prices are in USD.
Gift Go Now reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or request additional verification for any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment use.
5. Delivery – Standard Days
Delivery windows available:
• 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
These are delivery windows, not guaranteed exact delivery times. A 5% refund may apply only where delivery is completed more than two (2) hours beyond the selected window due to causes within Gift Go Now’s reasonable control.
6. Peak Seasons
During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, All Saints’ Day), delivery window selection may not be available.
Deliveries are scheduled anytime between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
7. Delivery Fulfillment & Redelivery
Delivery will be considered completed when the order is received by the recipient, a person reasonably believed to be authorized to receive the order at the delivery address, concierge or reception staff, or where Gift Go Now has documented a reasonable delivery attempt, including rider arrival records, call or text attempts, or photo proof where available.
If delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability, incorrect or incomplete address details, refusal of the order, inaccessible premises, or venue restrictions, the order will be treated as fulfilled.
Any redelivery request in such cases will be subject to additional charges. Redelivery may be made using the same arrangement, and Gift Go Now cannot guarantee the original freshness condition after a failed delivery for reasons outside Gift Go Now’s reasonable control.
Perishable items, including flowers, cakes, and food-based products, will not be replaced with a new set where delivery fails for reasons outside Gift Go Now’s reasonable control.
8. Funeral / Sympathy Deliveries
Delivery to funeral homes, chapels, memorial parks, churches, or similar venues will be considered completed once the order has been delivered to the venue, the designated receiving area, or venue staff reasonably believed to be authorized to accept the order.
Gift Go Now is not liable for missed viewing, service, wake, or ceremony times arising from incorrect, incomplete, or changed schedule or location details provided by the customer, family, venue, or funeral service provider, or from any transfer of the recipient, remains, or arrangements to another room, chapel, venue, or schedule after delivery.
If the venue accepts the order, delivery will be treated as fulfilled.
9. Complaints & Freshness
Gift Go Now prepares all floral arrangements fresh and in good condition before dispatch.
Because flowers are perishable and may be affected by weather, traffic, transit time, and handling after dispatch or delivery, any concern regarding freshness or condition should be reported as soon as possible upon receipt, ideally within three (3) hours of the confirmed delivery time, together with clear photo evidence.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted if the condition of the flowers at the time of dispatch or delivery can no longer be reasonably verified.
If validated, Gift Go Now will arrange a replacement on the next available delivery date. A refund will be issued only if a replacement is not reasonably possible.
10. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Orders may be cancelled or rescheduled provided written notice is received at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled delivery date.
However, if procurement, preparation, or floral arrangement work for the order has already begun, Gift Go Now reserves the right to decline cancellation or rescheduling, or to apply a partial or full cancellation charge, particularly for custom, event, sympathy, or funeral arrangements.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests made within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled delivery date are generally non-refundable.
As flowers and related goods are perishable, orders that have already been prepared or dispatched are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days depending on the payment method and banking provider.
11. Non-Delivery
If an order is not delivered on the intended date due to causes within Gift Go Now’s reasonable control, the customer is entitled to either a replacement or a full refund.

12. Force Majeure
Gift Go Now is not liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe traffic, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or venue limitations.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gift Go Now’s total liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
Gift Go Now shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the order, delivery, or use of the products.
14. Data Privacy
Gift Go Now processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
By placing an order, you consent to the collection and processing of personal information reasonably necessary for payment processing, delivery, customer support, and related operational purposes.
15. Modification of Terms
Gift Go Now reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rizal, Philippines.
